New Players are funny...

OK, haven't said anything for a while, had a lot on my mind and plate these last few months.

 

I played at Irvine Bingo on Saturday night. New players are funny! A new couple sat across from me. Then we play the jamboree patterns, you know, a line, six pack, corner stamp, or in and out corners on 6 cards. The man asks, "Can the stamp be anywhere?" 

 

"No," I say, "Only in the corner."

 

A few seconds later, "I got a stamp with the free space, should I cover it?"

 

"No," I say, "Only in the corner."

 

Again, he asks, "The stamp has to be in the corner?"

 

I say, "Hence the name Corner Stamp."

 

I think he got it that time. Hee Hee!
